Computer not found in iPhone

Hi there,

I have a problem syncing with my computer I started to sync using my computer - gave me a password to enter on my phone. - Got to my phone- try to start sync my phone to my computer - but did not display the computer I am trying to sync with (Hence - I cannot enter the password the computer asked me to enter on my phone). Tried to refresh the list numerous times, still did not display the computer I am trying to sync. - I am currently stuck with this problem, was trying to resolve this problem for days, but to no avail. - Grateful for someone who can help me with this.

could it be the firewall or the IP settings? I am sure that my computer and my phone is hooked up on the same wireless network.

Please tell us the version numbers of 1P that you're using on your iOS device and on your Mac. You know, of course, that if you're using wifi sync both devices must be on the same wifi network as you mention.

It is possible that your Firewall may be preventing sync. Try temporarily disabling the Firewall and see if that makes a difference.

Other possible solutions are:

1. disabling then re-enabling wifi sync on both devices; and/or
2. rebooting both devices.

Stephen_C has made a good suggestion here, I suspect that firewalls might be the issue as well. If disabling the firewall doesn't help, please let us know the version numbers of 1Password on your iOS and Mac - it will help us narrow things down.
