Do you still use the support email address?

Or can I only ask questions via this forum now? I sent an email 2 days ago and still have not received anything other than an auto-reply back.

    The forums are currently the quickest way to get support. As I understand it, the email support queues are pretty long still after the release of Yosemite and iOS 8 and the accompanying new versions of 1Password.

    If you do send email, don't keep resending the same request. For reasons I don't really understand, each time you resend a request, you are sent to the back of the line.

    I'm sorry you haven't heard back from anyone in response to your email yet! As hawkmoth mentioned, our email support queues are still a bit long, but our support team is doing their best to catch up and we hope to get back to our usual quick responses soon.

    Thanks- I thought it was weird. The last time your folks responded within 15 minutes, so it was very odd that I had not received anything.

    You're right, we're normally able to reply to emails much quicker! The last few months were a lot busier than usual for us (to put it mildly). I think we should be getting back to normal response times soon. Now that I've said that, I'd better go knock on wood! ;)
