Hi first time user cannot buy pro version in UK

It's says Apple id not recognise or Apple is or password incorrect

That screen shot seems self explanatory. You seem to have entered your Apple ID incorrectly or used an incorrect password. If you are certain you did not make an error in entering your Apple ID, then be sure you have the right password. This happens to me once in awhile, and if I reenter everything slowly, I'm then able to log in. If you still can't get in, I think you are going to need to contact Apple directly.
