Edit fails to delete line

editing a passport I added two text lines, to hold a known traveler number and its expiration date.
I edited each line in iOS app, but the edits became new text items, leaving the pre-edited versions as well. I edited again to delete the old text items, but they reappear immediately. Can't get rid of them.

Are you using Dropbox sync by any chance?
