Can I sync 1password loaded on my iphone6 with passwords to my PC and use the same features? Do I need to install 1password first? Then, how can I log on to websites from a third party computer...I will not know the password.

1password downloaded from the app store for free. I thought there was a charge.

On iOS, 1Password can be downloaded for free with the basic core features. For an extra fee, you can unlock premium features if you want to use tem. To find out more, please read our guide here: https://guides.agilebits.com/1password-ios/5/en/topic/pro-features

Can I sync 1password loaded on my iphone6 with passwords to my PC and use the same features?

Yes, 1Password for Windows can sync with your 1Password app on your iPhone using either the local Wi-Fi sync or the cloud Dropbox sync. You can get a feeling of how it works with our guides here: https://guides.agilebits.com/1password-ios/5/en/topic/syncing

We offer 1Password for Windows free with up to 20 items and/or 30 days trial without any item restrictions, you can grab the trial here. If you go beyond 20 items and 30 days, you do need to purchase a Windows license at our store to continue to use it.

Do I need to install 1password first?

Yes, you do need to install 1Password for Windows app on your computer to sync the data from your iPhone 6 and use the same master password to unlock your data.

Then, how can I log on to websites from a third party computer...I will not know the password.

Can you explain what you mean by third party computer, do you mean like using someone else's computer or at the library/Internet cafe?

We don't remember using 1Password on computers you don't trust, you should only use 1Password on trusted computers. However, you can access your data either via 1Password on your iPhone 6 or via Dropbox.com site with 1PasswordAnywhere.
