Trying to upgrade.....
There seems to be no way to get in touch with you except this. I have changed my email since I bought 1 Password 3. I CANNOT GET EMAIL AT THE ADDRESS ANYMORE. I need to upgrade to 1 Password 5 bc I now have Yosemite on my MAC. Every avenue I take on your venue insists on that old email address but I will NEVER get email from that address and cannot complete any action without it. And to top it off except using a forum I can not find anyway to contact this company except with the old invalid email which does no good at all. Help!

Send an email to support+licenses @ agilebits.com with the following information:
- your full name;
- your full address when you purchased 1P3;
- the email address you used when you purchased 1P;
- a link to this thread.
You will receive an automatic response with a ticket number. Post that number in this thread, which will help AgileBits connect the two and update your email address so that you will be able to upgrade.
Just be aware that if you buy 1P5 from the AgileBits store although you will get the benefit of the upgrade discount you will not be able to use iCloud to sync data between your Mac and your iOS devices. That is because only the Mac App Store version of 1P5 supports iCloud sync of 1P data, following changes made by Apple on the launch of OS X Yosemite. Both versions of 1P5 support sync by either Dropbox or local wifi.

Before I continue on this vein as you suggest above, it sounds like just purchasing a new application from the App store would make more sense so it is syncing across devices. How do I export/transfer the data in my current version to a brand new version then?

Migrating from 1P3 should be straightforward. See this knowledge base article (which, even though it refers to migration of data to 1P4 should also apply to 1P5). If you do have problems when you upgrade just post in a new thread here and someone will help.
