subscription confusion

i just got a note on the application that i needed to subscribe. I did so. first, i don't know how to activate the subscription. second, i then went to my account screen and I think i have now subscribed twice. your site has no obvious phone number or emai, or submit a ticket screen. would someone please contact me asap so straighten this out?

    I'm not sure what you mean by this. What was the exact message? Is there any chance you'd be able to post a screen shot of the sort of message you saw or tell us the exact message? I wonder if you're talking about the "trial expired" message referred to in this sticky at the top of the forum.

    What "account screen" did you go to? Are you talking about checking Mac App Store purchases, or purchases from the AgileBits store or something else?

    I see you've emailed us so I'm going to close this thread and reply to you via email. Just as way of explanation we became severely overloaded after the release of 1Password 5 for both Mac and iOS so we've been directing people to the forums. With the public nature we find we can answer several people and even allow somebody to find an answer before they post. Of course this isn't always possible and if needed we can take an issue to our ticketing system if it becomes too complex or requires a degree of sensitivity.
