    i too love the product and this is my first time TRYING to connect with support. Not a good experience so far. i have a billing question.

    Well if you actually ask it you'll probably find someone will answer it for you. :) There's no need to disclose any personal information. Just ask the general question and if anybody needs any personal information they'll ask you and you can send it by private message.
