Problem with syncing
I have a problem with syncing between my iMacs, a MacBook Air, and a new iPhone 6. The iPhone 6 has iOS 8.1.2, and the three computers have all OS 10.9.5. My version of 1Password is 4.4.2.
It seems 1P no longer syncs between my devices, even though iCloud is activated on all of them. Is there a conflict between the versions of iOS, OS, and 1P? If so, should I simply sync over Dropbox--and if that's the case: is my vault still equally safe if I go through Dropbox?

I suspect your problem with iCloud will be clear if you take a look at the AgileBits iCloud FAQ. You need 1P5 on OS X Yosemite in order to be able to use iCloud to sync to the new phone.
The alternatives are Dropbox, as you say, and local wifi sync (which I use). If you are going to switch from iCloud to Dropbox sync this knowledge base article will help you. There is effectively no difference, in terms of security of data, between iCloud and Dropbox sync. Wherever your 1P data is in the Cloud it is encrypted and secured by your master password.

Many thanks, Stephen. If only Yosemite was less buggy ...

For what it is worth I haven't really experienced any bugs with Yosemite on my system. Thanks!
