Database backup failed

Hello, I keep getting this error message every few minutes:

"The 1Password Database could not be backed up. Database exists but is invalid. One or more keys files may be missing."

I've tried uninstalling 1password completely and reinstalling and that didn't work. I also tried restoring from an old backup and that didn't work. I'm not sure what to do anymore.
