Need to upgrade to sync w/ iPad?

I would like to sync my 1 Password between my Mac and my new iPad. Given that I don't see any sync option under Preferences, Window, or File (as iPad prompts me to click either of these), I'm assuming it's because I'm running version 3.8.22. However, 1 Password says I'm running the latest version. If I need to upgrade in order to sync, please help.

    Yes, you will need to upgrade to the latest Mac version. If you wish to use iCloud to sync, you will need to purchase the latest version (5) from the Mac App Store.
