I purchased 1Password a little over a month ago from the App Store for my MacBook Pro. I'd like to upgrade my license to work on my new windows machine as well. How can I retrieve my license if I bought 1Password through the App Store? I tried entering my email address on the 1Password support page, but it says, "No valid licenses were found for the email address 'xxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx'. Please ensure the you use the same email used to purchase your order."

  • Hi @pbloy,

Please check your private message from me, it will help you get the Windows license to match the bundle license.

I tried entering my email address on the 1Password support page, but it says, "No valid licenses were found for the email address 'xxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx'.

That's only valid for people who bought 1Password at our web store. We do not get any information from Apple as to who bought our apps, so it isn't possible for us to automatically handle this process for people who want to upgrade their purchase. However, we have a different manual process that'll work and you'll see this in the private message.

Hi there, I need the same PM please - I now want to start using 1Password on my Windows PC. I currently have both Mac and iOS versions, but both purchased through the relevant Appstores....

@dallardice‌ - Send your Mac App Store receipt for the Mac version and your request for a Windows license to support+licenses @ agilebits.com. Include a link to this thread. You'll get an automated reply with a case number. Post that case number back here in this thread.

support+licenses@agilebits.com or Supporlicenses@agilebits.com ? Most of us just use the computer not live by it if you treat us like we never done this before and like in stupid it will make my life easy probably not yours. But since I’m stupid and still don’t know i will send email to both. Thanks for Your response. well Recipient address: Supporlicenses@agilebits.com
Reason: Remote SMTP server has rejected address so guess not that one

The correct link for email for your problem is what was given by hawkmoth: support+licenses @ agilebits.com. The link you have used (#11) is for more general support queries.

As you bought on App Store, all you need to do is log in to the App Store on the second Mac using the same Apple ID and then download.
