opt out of beta

Hi, I need to get out of the beta thing... keeps asking for updates to new one at bad times. How do I do this?

BTW, i don't have "include beta builds" checked

Go to 1P5 > Preferences > Updates and un-check Include beta builds.

Would one also need to install a release version in place of the beta?

Yes. That can be done here:

Please drag the currently installed version to the trash, then download the latest release (non-beta) version from above.
