Minor grip that I'd like to see fixed in a future update. The keyboard covers up the password field when in landscape mode on the iPad.

There are lots of reports (complaints) about the same thing. I believe the developers say it's an iOS bug, not a 1Password one. For now, though, the work around is to put your iPad in portrait orientation while entering the password. The app does accept your password when it looks like your screen shot, but you can't watch it happening. I generally just plow ahead and enter my master password, even though things look like this.

It is annoying, and I think everyone who uses 1Password on an iPad in landscape orientation is looking forward to getting this fixed. I certainly am!

  • Hi guys,

We think we have a workaround on this bug and it should be coming soon in the next update, which has been submitted to Apple recently. Hopefully, you guys will see it fixed in a week or two depending on Apple's approval.
