What sync method are you using ? What versions of 1Password on the various devices ?

Hi @bjouan,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password. As @thightower says, we'll need some more details here to get things straightened out.
- What are the version numbers of 1Password and your operating system for all computers and devices running 1Password?
- What are you using to keep things in sync?
The more detail you can provide, the more quickly we'll be able to get you sorted out! :)

Hi @bjouan,
Thanks for getting back to me with the version numbers of your operating systems. Could you please tell me which version numbers of 1Password you have?
- The version number for 1Password for Mac can be found in the 1Password > About 1Password menu. Please also include whether the version is from the Mac App Store or the AgileBits webstore.
- The version number for 1Password for iOS can be found in 1Password's Settings pane - scroll to the bottom below 'Recommend 1Password' to see.
It would also be helpful to know in a bit more detail what you are seeing when sync doesn't work. Do you have an error message?

Hi Megan, here we go MAC 5.1 (510035) and IOS 5.2. In the Mac app I can not select iCloud it only gives me the option of Dropbox or archive then I select Dropbox. When I change my IOs device to sync through out the Dropbox I can find the "1Password.agilekeychain" file, however when I try to merge the two vaults it gives me an error message that can not find the "1Password.agilekeychain" file.

This only happens with MacBook Air! Everything is fine on MacBook Pro.

Hi @bjouan,
So, 1Password is syncing just fine between your iOS device and your Macbook Pro. Can you double check on that by creating a new item in 1Password on the Macbook Pro and confirm it shows up in the iOS app? This will help us narrow this down.
On the Macbook Air, can you create a text file called MBA test and put it in your Dropbox folder. See if that shows up on the Macbook Pro.
If the text file did not show up, create a second text file called MBP test on the MacBook Pro to put it in the Dropbox folder, see if it'll shows up on the MBA. If not, check on Dropbox.com, does the file show up there?
If neither files went through but MBP test file did show up on Dropbox.com, it sounds like Dropbox is broken on your Macbook Air. I'd suggest reinstalling Dropbox to see if that'll fix the issue.
