1Password 5.0.2 Preference Screen is Blank Under "Sync" Tab
I just upgraded to OS X Yosemite (without any problems) and then upgraded my 1Password to 5.0.2. Under "Preferences," the "Sync" tab is now completely blank--there is nothing in the window at all. This prevents me from changing my syncing method, or from confirming the last sync performed. (I currently sync via iCloud.) I have tried closing and then re-opening the program but the blank screen on the "Sync" tab persists. What can I do?

Hi @MoCa7681,
I'm sorry that this is happening. Sounds like something likely got screwed up in your app preferences, causing things to not layout properly. Let's see if we can kick things back in place. Follow these instructions:
- Quit 1Password and 1Password mini completely.
- Launch Terminal from /Application/Utilities/
- A terminal window should come up with a prompt. Copy/paste this in, and hit return:
defaults delete com.agilebits.onepassword4
- Hit return
- Quit Terminal
- Relaunch 1Password
This shouldn't affect much more than the fact that the app will forget things like where your window was positioned, and its size (as well as a few invisible things that we're trying to reset here).
If this doesn't fix it up, the next step would be for us to get a Diagnostics Report from you, which you can do by following the instructions on this page. Email that in and include a link to this thread so that we can connect the dots. You should get a ticket ID from our support system. Feel free to post the ticket ID to this thread so that we can easily find the ticket.
Please let us know how this goes.

Hi Rick--
Problem fixed! I just now got a chance to work on this, and your instructions worked perfectly. Very much appreciate the help and the fast response. 1Password is a great program--I can't live without it!0 -
That's great to hear @MoCa7681 both that you love 1Password but more importantly that we've managed to resolve the issue. If you have any further questions or issues you know where we are
