Pro Features not opening with in app purchase on Ipad

even unistalled and reinstalled/restored backup and the features still aren't there. Settings screen says PURCHASED in green. What gives?

    installed 1password on ipad and iphone. worked great, synced with dropbox. IN APP did settings/pro features/purchase and it is frozen. deleted app and reinstalled from app store and still has not unlocked pro features completely, and there is no options to restore within the app.

    @mimi527‌ you have posted in three separate places about the same problem. I have moved your post from the Lounge to this thread and have flagged in the other thread on this forum that replies to you should be in this thread. Please don't post all over the place about the same problem: it simply makes it much harder for us ensure you get the best support.

    I don't have an answer to your specific problem but someone from AgileBits will be along soon with some ideas.

    We have posted a response in the other thread. In summary, an update is coming soon that will log extra diagnostic information that should let us see why this is happening.
