1password extention does not work on iPad air 2 in safari

I'm unable to get the extension to work in the safari browser on my iPad air 2. The extension is there, but it does not display any log in information when I'm at a site and need to log in. Does anyone else have this problem?

    Does the URL in the login item match the URL of the site? If there is a mismatch, it will not see it.

    If they appear to match, try it in 1Browser within the 1Password app. Let me know if it works there or not.

    I am having the same issue. While in Safari, I use the extension, unlock, and all I see is the 1password logo. Nothing else. It's been several days now and I cannot figure out why this is happening on my iPad Air 2.
