Only the First-Time Sync with My iPhone5 Worked

I, too, have read through several troubleshooting guides, but nothing has helped yet, so I thought I would come here.

My first-time sync worked, but all subsequent attempts have failed. I'm not sure what happened, but I now have more sites on my laptop than on my phone because they no longer sync.

I'm using 1Password Version 5.1.2 and trying to sync with OS X Yosemite 10.10.1 on my MacBook Pro.

I'm afraid we can't help without knowing how you're trying to sync. Are you using iCloud, Dropbox or local wifi to sync?

Please confirm that you're running 1P5 on your Mac and also let us know whether you bought it from the Mac App Store or direct from the AgileBits store.

Thanks for your note. I'm trying to sync via iCloud. I am using 1Password Version 5.1.2, and I did buy it through the Mac App Store.

When I add sites to my laptop, they do not show up on my phone. I've gone through some of the troubleshooting guides, and nothing has worked so far. Apparently one of the settings or toggles on my phone is amiss. I did have to change my Apple.com login and password once when I got a new email address, but they are the same on the laptop and the phone, so I'm not sure why they're not talking to each other. My other apps (contacts, calendar, etc.) seem to sync fine. Thanks again.

I switched over to syncing with Dropbox, and that's working fine. (iCloud is still something of a mystery to me. It's not as clean and easy as it should be, but that's not 1Password's fault.) Thanks.
