Unable to Reinstall in iPad

Hello,

I upgraded to an iPhone 6 (which I think is unrelated, but there it is, in case it isn't). I later found out that 1Password was removed from my iPads running iOS 7. (I synchronize using DropBox). So I went to iTunes to reinstall it, and it refuses, saying it has to be removed. I thought hat had to do with an upgrade need or something, but when I went to the AppStore in the iPad, 1Password appears but there is no option to download at all. The iPad is a bit older (second or third generation), but it is also happening on my iPad mini (second generation?). Those iPads run on iOS 7. How do I get 1Password running on those iPads, as it was in the past?
