iPad will not sync
I have 1P5 and iOs/OS (Yosemite) latest versions on my iPad and iMac. I bought 1P5 for my iMac from agile bits and I downloaded 1P5 for iOS from the Apple Store. I have been able to sync my iPad from my iMac previously, but today I can't get it to work. iMac says ready to sync and gives me the code to type in, but iPad says computer not found. Both are on my same home wi-fi network.
I don't know if there is an obvious step I am forgetting or if it is not working, since I do not sync the iPad very often.
All help and advice on what to check greatly appreciated!

Try this:
- Disable wifi sync on each device and then re-enable it; and/or
- reboot all devices.
If neither of those succeeds in getting wifi sync working try temporarily disabling any firewall you have on your Mac and see if that helps.

As Gilda used to say on Saturday Night Live - Never Mind!
Soon after posting my problem I got my iPad to sync. What ultimately worked was turning off/locking iP5 on my iMac, then turning it back on and setting up wi-fi sync, then turning off/locking 1P5 on my iPad, turning it on, disabling sync, re-enabling sync, and getting a computer list to select my iMac. Then things worked fine.
