1password and parallels

Parallels, the company that lets you run pc software on a MAC, had a deal awhile ago that gave an upgrade for parallels and a copy of 1password 4, MAC or Windows. I chose the MAC and all was good until the 5.3 upgrade. I am caught in 1password saying my trial has expired with no license. Agile does not have my email listed so no way to get my license from that source.
I do have the purchase confirmation.

How do I get my license back? Any others in this same situation?

    Never Mind!.
    I don't know why or how the license was lost but Parallels link to Agilebits allowed it to be recovered. I am back to secure passwords!
