1P 5 refund

Hello,

I purchased 1P 5 from the webstore and only just found out it doesn't have the ability to sync with iCloud. I would please like a refund so I can purchase it through the App Store.

    If your purchase was within the last 30 days, you can request a refund and they will issue it to you. Send that request to support+licences@agilebits.com. Include the email address you used for your purchase, your name and the address you entered when you made your transaction.

  • Ok thanks! I had already did that but hadn't received a reply, so I wasn't sure if it was the right way to proceed.

    You should have received an automated reply with a case number. It should help speed things along if you post that number in this thread.

    I tried looking for an email from you but I couldn't find one. That was after widening the search to any address from your domain too. If you could supply the ticket ID as hawkmoth suggested we can take this forward :smile:
