    Hi @Siva‌

Could you describe, step by step, starting on your Android phone, what you do to try and sync changes from the phone to your Mac. This may very well be one of those cases where the devil is in the details as they say. Once we have a better idea we can work to get this resolved

    Hi @littlebobbytables

These are the few steps I followed

    1. I created few login items from my mac(Using 1Password 5 web version not Mac) and used folder sync to update the changes to agile keychain
    2. Copied the same in to my andriod phone and from the settings menu in the 1pass android App(Ver 4.1.6 ).. I used folder Sync to import this agile keychain
    3. Added few more items as assigned it to various categries and for every change, it was syncing to the agilekeychain
    4. I Copied the same file back to mac(where folder sync was happening) and even tried import this as new vault but I am not able to see the changes that I made and new items added in my andriod phone
    5. In the mac if open this agilekeychain and open the html file inside, i can able to see the new items that i added but it is not sync with mac 1Pass.

Looking forward for your response..Please let me know if you need more info.

  • Hey @Siva. Thanks for getting back to us. Could you clarify how you are copying the 1Password data folder from your Mac to your Android device? Are you using the Android File Transfer tool? Are you compressing (zipping, etc.) the data folder before copying it to your Android device?

Could you also send us a diagnostic report from your Android device? It will really help us get a better understanding of your Android environment and device settings. Please follow these instructions to create the report and we will take a look into it.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!

Hi @saad , I have emailed the diagnostics to support+android@agilebits.com and mentioned my handle in subject and email body., also added this link as well. For copying the files to andriod, I am using Andriod File Transfer and there is no compression I am using the file as it is no compression.

  • Hi @Siva,

We've received your Diagnostic Report - thanks for sending it in! Someone from our email support team will review it and get back to you as soon as possible. :)

@JasperP , @saad .. Whether you were able to simulate the issue?

  • Hi @Svia,

Did you get a response from Saad? Saad replied to your email but we didn't hear back from you, please check your spam folders if you haven't yet.

We need the diagnostic report from your Mac, can you email your diagnostic report to support+forum@agilebits.com with a link to this thread.

Please add the following code (including the square brackets) to the subject of your diagnostics email(s) before you hit "Send":

    [#RQH-82647-243]

This will connect the email to our previous conversation and Saad will be to compare it with your previous Android report.

Please also let us know here when you sent it, so we can see if we ever got it.

    Thanks!
