Yesterday I purchased the 1password in mac app store, but I do not know there is a trial version of the software can be downloaded after my purchase, I found that I actually do not need the software, how can a refund?

    If you bought from the Mac App Store you have to deal directly with Apple to obtain a refund. AgileBits has no access to the Mac App Store records.

    The only "trial version" of 1P you can get is downloaded from the AgileBits store.

    I hope I've understood what you mean but if not do please post again. If, for example, you downloaded the Mac App Store version of 1P and are getting messages about "trial expired" have a look at this sticky at the top of the forum.

    I believe Stephen_C has answered your question. If you wish a refund from a Mac App Store (MAS) purchase you have to deal with Apple I'm afraid. We don't handle any part of the purchase and simply do not have the ability to offer a refund through them. If you explain the situation though there should be no issues.

    I tried to find an Apple Support page to link you to but struggle. Here was the next best thing.
