Cant set up auto / manual login for iTunes using Apple ID?

    1Password for Mac cannot fill and submit credentials for applications. It only works for web sites. Since iTunes is a standalone application, we're out of luck. I don't know whether there are plans for the future to change this limitation, but several folks have requested it. Since it now possible to submit credentials to some application in iOS (if developers add the required code to allow 1Password to talk to them), perhaps there is also hope for OS X.

    For the present, our only option is to copy and paste.

    Hawkmoth is correct @tonyt‌ We're looking into Auto-Type but believe we're carefully considering the security implications.
