Can't get the pro features

Hi! At first sorry for my bad english :\

I've a problem with the pro feature. I can't purchase this. When i press the green button (9,99 €) the window for the touch-id open. Nothing happens when i confirm that. When i choose "Passwort eingeben" open the correctly window to insert the password. But when i insert and confirm the password (yes, the correctly password ;) i get a message, the my Apple-ID can't find or the password ist incorrect.

I've try anything ... delete the app, restart the device ... log off an in again the apple-store ...

The app i have buy today ... on Mac and iOS.
I use a iPhone 6 with iOS 8.1.2.

Is there any solution?

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble purchasing the Pro features.

    Have you ever received a refund from Apple for 1Password in the past? If not, could you please try updating to 1Password 5.2 for iOS and see if the issue remains?
