Attempting to Upgrade
Hi there,
I'm attempting to upgrade my license. I'm unable to upgrade though because I no longer have my license key and I also do not have access to the e-mail I registered the license through.
I do, however, have access to the same credit card I registered the license through. Is there any way that I am still eligible for a license upgrade? My old e-mail address I had the license through was [email deleted]. My new e-mail is the same one associated with this forum account.

@TrevorBrandt I have deleted the email address you gave (even though you said you no longer had access to it) as this is a public forum.
Send an email to support+licenses @ agilebits.com with the following information:
- your full name;
- your full address when you purchased 1P;
- the approximate date you bought 1P;
- the email address you used when you purchased 1P;
- the fact that you want to upgrade;
- a link to this thread.
You will receive an automatic response with a ticket number. Post that number in this thread, which will help AgileBits connect the two and speed a response.
