Hi:

I purchased 1P5 for the iMac and iPhone a couple of months ago and have been diligently using it since. It falls short of my expectations and I find it quite cumbersome for many things I need and not useful (with apps) for many others. I respectfully request a refund.

    You don't say where you purchased your Mac license, but two month is well past anyone's usual refund window for software. If you bought from Apple for the Mac version, you'll need to take it up with the . Same for the ios app, which is only sold by Apple. AgileBits has a 30 day refund policy if you bought your Mac license there, but you're past that.

    I would be more than happy to walk you through some of the tricky spots to see if we can't make things a bit less cumbersome for you. Could you tell me a bit more about where things are not working well for you?
