Pro features

I have recently upgraded to 1password5 and have it working on my mac fine. However I can't activate the pro features on my iphone (5s - all software fully up to date). I have tried reinstalling from the app store but this doesnt work. Everytime I try to restore the purchase through the settings menu it just greys out and nothing happens. How can I get this working please?

There seems to be an issue that the developers are trying to understand. Perhaps this thread will provide some perspective.

Hi @Claire‌ ,

We have noticed some users are having this issue. Some have found success by turning off TouchID for app store purchases, then restoring. After that, you can turn TouchID for App Store purchases back on. This was using the very latest update, 5.2, released this morning.

If that doesn't help (or you don't have TouchID) please reply. We are working very hard on this issue and are still investigating why it is happening for some of our users.

I purchased 1Password for Mac (not iOS) and also downloaded it for my iPhone and iPad. I can sync my vault to the apps on my phone and tablet, but Pro Features are only available on my computers. Tried re-dowloading the apps and even purchasing ProFeatures in the app store. If I hit purchase I am not allowed to make the purchase, and if I hit restore purchases the text turns grey and nothing happens. Help!

Oops. Problem solved. Was allowed to purchase Pro Features (not sure why all of a sudden). Then Pro Features synced across my phone and tablet.
