Pro function on iPad and also iPhone

Good morning,
I purchased the Pro version on Ipad but I can't use the pro function on iphone.
I've tried reinstalling from the app store but it doesn't work. Also I try to restore the purchase through the settings menu but nothing happens.
How can I do?

    Just checking to be sure you are using the same Apple ID on your iPhone and iPad.

    Yes,it's the same ID

    There seems to be some kind of issue that the developers are working on. Maybe this thread will be informative.

    We have noticed some users are having this issue. Some have found success by turning off TouchID for app store purchases, then restoring. After that, you can turn TouchID for App Store purchases back on. This was using the very latest update, 5.2, released this morning.

    If that doesn't help (or you don't have TouchID) please reply.

  • Can you try the purchase one more time (it will likely fail, but generate some diagnostic data for us). Then I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:

    (you can ignore the part about filling in the code in the subject line)

    Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

    A short note here once you've sent the Report in will help us to keep an eye out for it. :)
