Can't "Start using 1Password"
The first time I opened 1Password I went through the introductory steps (Security, rich icons, 1password mini, keep in sync) and then clicked "start using 1Password". The button greyed out and a pinwheel started turning but hours later there was no progress. Every time I open my vault I have this same issue.
I can still access my logins through 1password mini and the menu bar but the actual 1password window is blocked by the introductory box.
I'm running OS X Yosemite (10.10.1) and the latest 1password update.
I'm not very technologically competent so if I've been unclear on what the problem is or need to give more details please let me know.

Please try this:
- Drag the 1P app to the trash (don't use any app cleaner tool, which is likely to try to delete files you need to keep).
- Empty the trash and reboot.
- Re-download and re-install 1P.
