OTP and DigitalOcean

Hi, for some reason I can't use One-Time Password with DigitalOcean - app scans barcode, says everything is ok, but DO is rejecting tokens that are generated by 1Password.

Also I've checked that with Dropbox everything is working fine, so there is probably some kind of problem that is related specifically to Digital Ocean.
I'm using 1Password 5.2 on iPad mini Retina

    Hi @twealm‌

    It does appear that DigitalOcean is using the same protocol we are, so in theory it should work. Have you tried disabling 2FA and re-setting it up? Unfortunately I don't have an account with them so I haven't been able to test it first hand at this point.

    this isn't working for me either, disabling and setting up again hasn't resolved anything.

    Hi Ben, yes, it was user error in my case I believe.
