Using iOS, Mac & Windows - Sync

Hello, if I were to buy the Windows & Mac license, how do I keep them in sync? I understand that if I am using an iOS devise along with the Mac version that I can sync using the iCloud, however if I am also using it on a Windows system, how does the windows system sync to iCloud?

    The recommended way to sync between Mac and Windows is by getting a DropBox account. Currently, personal DropBox accounts have a free pricing tier and usually offer more than enough space to sync 1Password vaults. http://www.dropbox.com

    Note that iOS and Android versions can also sync via DropBox, so if you ever choose to install on a mobile device, you can keep them all in sync.
