I can not updating pro features

I paid and have used pro version 3 for a few years.
Now I tried new version but I cannot updating pro features for two days.
Please help.
Just Updating...... sign is working for two days.

    The upgrade from 1P3 to 1P5 is not free. The basic 1P5 for iOS is free but you have to pay to enable to the pro features.

    @chlee Are you attempting to purchase the pro features in 1Password 5 and having it fail? If so let me know so we can gather some more information from you. Thanks!

    Hi @chlee,

    I hope that Stephen_C's post is helpful. The 1Password 5 Pro features are available as a free upgrade for all 1Password 4 for iOS users. If you're still using 1Password 3, you will have to pay to use the Pro features in 1Password 5.
