TOTP Feature not syncing

I can add a TOTP via the iPhone (Dropbox in this example). It works just fine in the iPhone, but never syncs to the iPad or Desktop version. (All Updated). Then after about 10 minutes it disappears from the iPhone, but the notes typed in the same item are updated on all devices.
