How do I get to the "Menu Bar"? The site that has General, Security, Watchtower, etc. at the top.
I would like to change my main password.
Thanks

    Hi @andrewmalinow,

    It sounds like you're asking how to find the Preferences in 1Password, which has the options you mentioned. In that case, open the main 1Password app and go to the menu for 1Password > Preferences.

    Once you open Preferences, you'll find the option to change your master password on the Security tab.

    If you have more questions, we're here for you! :)

    Thanks, Drew. I know this sounds silly, but how do I open the main iPassword app?
    Thanks

  • Hi @andrewmalinow,

    The same way you would open any apps on your Mac, go to your Applications folder (it is on the sidebar of Finder if you open it first), and double-click on the 1Password app to open it.

    That gets me to the 1Password site which has "All Items, Favorites, etc". I do not see the Menu Bar with General, Security, Watchtower, etc.

    @andrewmalinow

    Open the app as MikeT mentioned then pull up the preferences as Drew_AG mentioned

    Short its like this, the 1Password application must be front and center to access the preferences.

    • This is not a website it is an application on your Mac. It could just be a slight difference in word meaning between you and I. I am just making sure you know its not a web version.
