A few questions

Love your product! However, spending the last 15 minutes trying to figure out how to call you to answer a few questions did not make me smile. I am trying to purchase 1Password for the company I work for and would like some assistance. I see that business licenses are pretty spendy (~$350 for 6 users) compared to your family license ($100 for 6 users). I've already read your reasoning on that, but what about taking care of small businesses? Anyway, I currently own a family bundle for personal use and would like to be able to keep my business passwords in there and also be able to share those passwords with my co-workers. Do the business licenses allow shared vaults, like the family license? Will I be able to share passwords with my co-workers?

All that said, I can't even find the family pack on your website. What happened there?

That's all I can come up with, without feedback on your side. Look forward to hearing from you.

Also, how easy is it to add additional business licenses when we add staff... and remove licenses if we lose staff?

I think I figured out the family pack question... that makes the business licenses even more painful. Basically, the business licenses are just the single license price per person (with a wee discount). Is that accurate?

    Hi @pcmbab‌

As it sounds like you've deduced, we no longer have a family licence but have instead expanded the single licence. It brings our single licence and what Apple call Family Sharing into convergence so that no matter whether you purchase the Agile Web Store (AWS) or Apple's Mac App Store (MAS) version of 1Password, the licence works the same. This helps cut down on confusion.

Now as for your business licence query. I suspect the best avenue to an accurate and informative response would be to email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com with your query. That way we can direct your query to the right person. If you were to post the ticket ID here as well we can make sure it is dealt with swiftly. I hope that helps.

That is pretty funny, considering I was so eagerly directed to the forums for support! I'll try email!

The email link did not work for me and I've just spent even more time trying to find a "contact us" link on your website. I'm trying to buy more licenses!

The email address @littlebobbytables posted is accurate. Have you tried filling it in to your mail client directly? I did try tapping on the apparent link on my iPad and received a message to the effect that Safari couldn't open it, no surprise.

    Hi @pcmbab,

I apologise. The email address is correct and the link uses the mailto: protocol. When viewing the link now though it seems the forum or my browser is adding denied: to the front of the link. This is a new behaviour so sorry about that.

The reason we initially direct people towards the forums is simply a matter of pragmatics at the moment. When the number of support requests spiralled after the release of iOS 8 and Yosemite our users weren't receiving the level of support they should (in terms of delays). The forums are allowing us to try and manage to surge and reduce the time it takes to respond to everybody. We do realise the forums aren't to everybody's taste but by helping as many people here as we can (forum restrictions allowing) it hopefully means a faster response for when people do need to contact us by email.

So the email address you want to use is: support+licenses@agilebits.com

It must be the forum adding "denied". I've just checked with three browsers and get the same in all of them.

Not that I need to send mail myself, but I felt it was useful for you to have the info.

    Hi @danco,

Thanks for checking on that for us!
