Hi Manisha,
Posting in our forums is the quickest way to get in touch with our team! Just let us know your version numbers of 1Password and your operating systems, and a detailed description of what you're seeing in 1Password and we'll be happy to help you sort things out. :)

Hi @Manisha,
If you're wanting to start over with 1Password, we've got instructions on how to do so in our User Guide: Starting Over. (These instructions are for version 5, if you're using another version, please let me know and we can send you the proper link.)
Keep in mind that you'll want to be sure to create a strong Master Password and be sure you don't forget it! There is some great advice on creating a Master Password from our security guru here: Towards Better Master Passwords.
I hope this answers your questions, but if we can be of any further assistance, we're here to help!

Hi @Manisha,
OK I have now attempted to follow the Starting Over directions and i cant seem to find any of the files it states.
The instruction might not work if you have a different 1Password version, that's why we asked which version you have. If you open the main 1Password app, go to the 1Password Menu > About 1Password, it should give you the version number. The other way to get the version is selecting the 1Password app in the Applications folder and press the space bar.

You should put it in your Applications folder, not the desktop. Once you put it in your Applications folder, open it, and 1Password should run.
Can you explain what you'd like to do?
