License expired. Site does NOT recognize my email

I had to set up a new account so i could contact you. I don't know what happened to my e-mail account or license. Please help.

    For whatever reason, the application reverted to a "trial". I've been using for almost a year. Thanks for your help.

    Email address deleted by hawkmoth to prevent spam bots from harvesting it. Send an email message as directed in post #2.
