How to make 1P work on my iPhone 5S

I know this is a simple thing, but I have never been able to get 1Password to work on my iPhone 5s. It's installed, but can you send me a link to specific instructions for how to make it work on my phone? It was so simple to use on my computer, and has always worked great there, but it's been useless to me on my device...Thanks.
