Now having problem with blue cross. When I click on the 1 password for blue cross the boxes do not fill.

Could you please try saving a new login manually for that site and see if that helps:

Hi @wow69den,

It looks like 1Password can have trouble filling this Blue Cross site with certain Login items. Please try this workaround:

• Open the main 1Password application and create a new Login item (⇧⌘N shortcut)
• Give it a title, e.g. FEP Blue
• Enter your current working username and password for the site
• In the website field use: https://www.fepblue.org/members/myblue/dashboard
• Save this new Login item, then move any old items for this site to 1Password's Trash
• Finally, test that new item with 1Password in your browser
