Difference between Agile and App Store?!?!?

I recently purchased the 1Password application from the Agilebits website and I now realize that I cannot sync with iCloud! What a crock!! Is there any way to get credited what I paid at the Agilebits site so I can repurchase from the App Store????

    If you purchased with the last 30 days then yes you can get a refund.

    Send support an email (from the purchasing email) stating you wish a refund. support@agilebits.com

    I tried finding a record of your forum email address but I can only assume you purchased using another one. It means your best option is as thightower suggests. If you post the ticket ID you should get back from us that can help us link this thread with the email and hopefully ensure a prompt response :smile:
