price change when upgrade

Hello: I have a family license for mac and windows (3). When I try to upgrade it gives me a price for $34,99, but when I buy it the price that shows the cart is $69,99 that is the regular price. Which is the problem. I have try it lots of times and always de same

I just tested a license upgrade, and was able to get the upgrade price successfully.

Please give this a try:

• First of all, visit this URL to reset your session with our store: https://agilebits.com/store/reset
• Next, go to this page: https://agilebits.com/store/upgrade
• Enter your existing version 3 license key there.

Does that allow you to get the discounted license?
