The Key is missing sometimes

I have 1PW 4.3.3. It automatically opens up when I start up my MBP in the morning. I don't know why. It's a new thing that started on its own. Also, sometimes the Key icon is in the top menu bar and sometimes it isn't. And I am constatntly having to enter my 1PW PW to open and it's a pain the the a.. neck.

Can anyone give me some help here?

    Can I ask, what do your preferences look like in General tab, specifically the 1Password mini section and the Security tab, specifically the Auto-lock section?
