License - Cannot be resent to me as I do not know the email I signed up with
Hi there,
I am trying to purchase 1 Password for windows. I was going to do this with the benefit of having my license already on my Mac. I've attempted to find my license. I've asked that it be sent to the only two emails I have but 1 Password says neither are registered. I can't get my license without this it seems. Is there any other way to get it, or can someone from agile bits support? Not sure what email I could have signed up with...

Send email to support+licenses@agilebits.com with as much information as you can, including possible email addresses you use, your name as you gave it when you registered, and the address you gave. An approximate date when you bought the license would also help. Include a link to this thread. Staff will do what they can to find your existing license.
If by chance you bought your license from the Mac App Store, they will not have any record of that, as Apple does not provide such information to developers. If that's likely, you should be able to see 1Password in the Purchases tab of the Mac App Store when you log in with the Apple ID you used to buy there. If that's the explanation, post back here.

I will send an email to support licenses. I think I purchased it on my mac - though I do have it on my phone. Not sure how to check it on my phone - would you mind sharing that again in more detail?

@Bonnaroo the version of 1P you have on your phone will be 1P for iOS (if you're using an iPhone, of course) which is available only from the App Store. Accordingly that will not require any specific licence (it's licensed in accordance with the usual automatic App Store arrangements). 1P for iOS and 1P for Mac are completely separate products.

Here is the most guaranteed (but slow, sorry) way to see what you've purchased in either Apple's Mac App Store (MAS) or iTunes. See your purchase history in the iTunes Store. Each receipt may hold multiple items as Apple will bundle them into batches but if you've purchased the MAS version of 1Password or the iOS version or both it will appear in there. I hope that helps in regards to iTunes and MAS.
