Can't get 1Password for iOS Safari to generate passwords iPad Air 2

Have 1Password for Mac, Windows and iOS (on an iPad Air 2 that I've had about two weeks). I cannot get 1Password on iPad to generate a new password from the Safari extension!

What am I doing wrong? Any help welcome!

    Hi @Clinton Dyches,

    The Safari extension for 1Password for iOS does not currently have a password generator. The iOS extension is still relatively new, but we're looking to add more functionality to it as we move forward.

    Thanks - I was thinking that I read in the manual that it did have all the features of the Windows/OSX capabilities... I will just have to wait, I suppose!

    Hi @Clinton Dyches,

    While we do hope to make the extension more powerful we also have to keep the extension as slim as possible due to how extensions are meant to work in iOS. That isn't to say accessing the Password Generator and saving a Login item aren't very desirable, just that we will have to be very careful that we don't pack in so much that we ever risk having iOS terminate the extension while we have unsaved user data. You could imagine how horrible that would be at the wrong moment!
