Not syncing windows -> iphone 6

Hi-

When I try to sync my windows surface tablet 1 with my iphone 6, I get to the screen where it offers the code numbers on the PC, then tell it to sync on the phone, then the phone says it's syncing for while, never asks me for the code, tehn eventually tells me it's done. But the actual sync never happens. Can you help me? Thanks.

In moving your post to the 1Password for iOS forum, where it'll get the attention of folks with expertise in that product, @colorizer, can I also ask you to tell us what version of iOS and what version of 1Password for iOS you're running?

Also, can you confirm that you're running on a Surface Pro (presumably 2 or 3—I'm not familiar with a 1) in Desktop mode?

The tablet is a first generation Surface Pro running Windows 8.1. My iPhone is running Onepassword v. 5.2 that was updated on 1/26. iOS is 8.1.3.

I'm sorry you're having trouble syncing 1Password! To make sure I understand what's happening, can you clarify a few things for me:

It sounds like you're describing the Wi-Fi Sync window in 1Password 4 for Windows. Are you trying to set up Wi-Fi sync between 1Password on Windows and on your iPhone?

Please make sure you're following the steps to set up Wi-Fi sync on this page of our User Guide. In the steps to set up Wi-Fi sync on your iOS device, at what exact point are you running into a problem (i.e. when do the steps stop matching what you see on your iPhone)?

If it shows that it's syncing, that means you must have already set up Wi-Fi sync (which would explain why it isn't asking you to enter the code again). Or, is it possible you've set it up to sync via Dropbox or iCloud instead of Wi-Fi?

Do you mean that it shows it syncs, but changes to 1Password aren't actually syncing between Windows and your iPhone?

It must've been a network issue of some kind. These are the steps I had been following, but the behavior was different after step 1 in the second section. I wasn't getting the option to log onto my computer, it just said it was synching without any option to enter the code. Seem good now on my network here at the office now. Thanks.
