I purchased version 3 and 4. When I ask for my license to be sent, I receive the version 3 license. When I try to upgrade, it says great you have 3 options, including upgrade, but the upgrade button is not selectable. When I try to enter my license for version 4.1.2 BETA-2, it asks me to find the license on my computer. huh? Why is there no simple cut and paste? — I do know my version 4 license. And seriously I believe I've already upgraded to version 5.

    Issue Resolved: I had more then one copy of 1Password installed on my computer: 1 in the apps folder; 1 in downloads folder; 1 in a shared users folder. Once I deleted the extra copies, all is well.

    By the way, I found your license info in our system and it turns out your version 3 license was listed separately from your version 4/5 license, which explains some of the confusion you encountered on our site. I combined them into the same account in our system for your convenience, and had your license info resent to your email address.
