Wife paid for 1Password 5r for Mac Nov 13, 2014 - Family Plan.

  • I am her husband and did the same on Feb 2, 2015 -- How can I get refund? How confirm that 1 Password 5 is applied to her and my devices?

I took a quick look in our back office records using the email address attached to your forum account, but was unable to find any license details. Did you purchase 1Password from the Mac App Store or directly via our website?

    In the meantime, if your wife did purchase directly from us, here's how to Add your license to 1Password to ensure that your copy of 1Password is properly licensed. :)
